Bell has pioneered a process known as Fusion In-Molding Polycarbonate Shell and Progressive Layering, which bonds the helmet's outer shell to the EPS foam liner to create a more solid helmet. This process involves engineering a helmet liner with variable EPS foam densities to better manage the transfer of energy after impact.

The Flex Spherical + MIPS feature provides comprehensive energy management by enhancing the helmet's ability to address high-speed impacts, low-speed impacts, and rotational impacts. This comprehensive protection also comes with the added bonus of allowing for better helmet ventilation.

The helmet is equipped with X-Static padding, which is made of quick-drying materials woven with real silver fibers. In addition, it features a wraparound chin bar that is designed for trail riding adaptability and can be easily removed without the need for tools. However, it is important to note that all chin bars have limits, and serious injury or death can occur. It is crucial to read the owner's manual carefully before using the helmet.

The Overbrow Ventilation feature includes intake ports on the brow of the helmet to bring in cool air and push it through the air-channel matrix for full-head ventilation. Furthermore, the GoggleGuide adjustable visor system is adaptable to accommodate both goggles and glasses, and works with or without the visor attached. The integrated breakaway camera mount is seamless and engineered to break away upon impact to reduce the risk of injury.

The helmet is available in three sizes: Small (52-56 cm), Medium (55-59 cm), and Large (58-62 cm). It is crucial to always take a head measurement as head sizes and shapes can vary, even within an age range. Using a helmet that does not fit properly can be dangerous. The helmet also features 18 vents, 4 brow ports, and 8 chin bar vents.
